With over 25 years of experience across IT and property, Penny is a certified Prince2 Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering success across sectors including Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Retail. Her strategic expertise and industry insight have enabled her to manage a property portfolio exceeding £5 million for her clients.
Penny is currently leading the full conversion of a former care home into a 50-bed HMO, showcasing her ability to oversee complex, large-scale projects with precision, foresight, and care. Her hands-on experience also includes helping clients acquire large portfolios and high-yield HMO properties—up to 116 units—as well as setting up serviced accommodation, holiday lets, and managing extensive buy-to-let and HMO portfolios.
A strong advocate for innovation, Penny brings a forward-thinking approach to every project, with a keen eye on sustainability and renewable energy—ensuring Penny Wise Properties stays at the forefront of the evolving property market.
In addition to her development work, Penny is the host of Hard Hats to Heels, a dynamic networking space designed exclusively for women in property and business.
